Current weight = 50.8kg / 112 lbs
Lowest weight = 49kg / 108lbs
Goal weight 1 = 49kg/ 108lbs
Goal weight 2 = 47kg/ 103lbs
Ultimate goal weight = 45.5kg/100 lbs

Homemade healthy granola bars:
1.5 cups rolled oats
0.5 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup cranberries, raisins, dried fruit
preheat oven to 350 degrees, mix all together well, spread the mix into cupcake cups or into a pan with waxed paper, put them in the oven for 20 minutes or more depending on how crunchy you like. Let them cool, remove cupcake wrapper and eat.
